Who provides the service

KOMPLY is a Faseel product. Legal operator: Faseel Private Limited. Country of establishment: Pakistan. Contact: info@faseel.app.

Service and account responsibilities

KOMPLY provides tools for compliance preparation, policies, risks, evidence and framework management. It supports preparation and record keeping; it does not award or guarantee certification or replace professional judgment. You must be authorized to act for your organization and to provide the data, systems and integrations you connect. Keep account credentials confidential and report suspected misuse. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access or interference with other customers.

Subscription and payment

The applicable product, price, billing period, taxes and included scope are shown before purchase. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. A trial applies only when explicitly offered at checkout; no trial is included unless expressly agreed. For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and its checkout buyer terms also apply. Live checkout is not currently enabled; viewing these pages does not create a paid subscription.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel through the billing option supplied with your subscription or contact info@faseel.app before renewal. Paid-period access normally continues until the end of the current period unless a refund, security suspension or other applicable termination ends it sooner. Customer information and software ownership

You retain rights in the information you provide. You authorize processing needed to supply the service and the integrations you request. A hosted subscription grants access to the service; it does not transfer ownership of Faseel's company, proprietary software or intellectual property. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

Availability and limitations

Review outputs before relying on them. No software can eliminate every security risk or guarantee certification, legal compliance or uninterrupted availability. No service-level agreement or round-the-clock support is included unless separately agreed in writing. We may restrict access for misuse or an urgent security concern and provide notice where practical.

Privacy and changes

See our privacy notice. Material changes to paid service terms or pricing will be communicated before they apply; a change does not retroactively alter a completed purchase. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
